      Pros

      Friendly, brilliant employees who are both fun to work with as well as committed to and focused on what they are doing. Company healthcare is good, as well as decent PTO, including an annual two weeks of paid volunteer time (Time 2 Give).

      Cons

      They perform regular restructurings, as frequent as every three to six months, so there is no real job security even for top performers. Annual merit increases are not commiserate to the quality and value you deliver to the company,
