      Lots to do and not tons of pressure - really good people

      Cons

      Not a lot of money for projects unless you are in sales. Not much career growth unless you are part of a special interest group.

      Work life balance, ethical, financially solid/stable

      Cons

      Difficult to make a real impact to the business. This is partly due to the size of the company but, as the company became larger it became more and more difficult to determine what was important to my management chain that also had a direct impact on the success of the business. Too many "science projects".
