Pros

This company treats everyone like adults, meaning they expect you to get your work done, but will treat you well if you do. There is a lot of flexibility at Cisco, and you can pursue a growth-based career track where you climb the ladder, or if not interested in that kind of rat race, can find a stable position with a good work/life balance

Cons

Very bureaucratic, lots of people with leverage, this can make operations a little complicated. Cisco also skimps on tools, a little, and internal tools can be awkward and unintuitive.

Pros

Cisco offers great flexibility (I work 100% of the time remotely), strong benefits and a fair compensation.

Cons

Working in global teams can sometimes mean you are more isolated.
