Pros

Benefits are ok as compare to others, colleagues are great and helpful. You will learn a great experience there.

Cons

Little work-life balance. Works are hectic. If you are not in the good book of your management, get ready to go. They will find fault in you even though the process might be set up before your time, you will be blamed. In front of you, will tell you if you need help look for them, they are here to make you successful. But at your back, say bad things about you.

Cisco Response

We are sorry to hear about your personal experience, and appreciate you taking the time to inform us so that we may inform our Leadership as well. Cisco's focus on culture means we understand that we will always have room for improvement, and while many Glassdoor reviews speak to employees feeling that Cisco is a great place to work – we realize there is still work that needs to be done to ensure our conscious culture resonates to all teams. As an employee, I'm sorry this happened to you, but can also validate that there are many ways to share concerns internally with our leadership and People and Communities (HR) teams who will address it firmly while also being compassionate. Initiatives like Leader Day and Leader Check-ins, help to develop our leadership and address concerns. There are also multiple opportunities to provide feedback from the employee’s perspective. These are just a couple of ways Cisco is working towards achieving this goal.

Pros

Good training and certification opportunities. Good benefits, nice facilities to work in. Lots of remote opportunities. Global development team experience.

Cons

Very frequent changes in management structure, which can lead to a ‘stall’ in any career development. You really have to stay on top of what the next phase of product offerings might consist of.
