Pros

Dedicated people in the company. Great benefits. Flexibility to work from home. Focus on mental health.

Cons

Things said by the executives can be fluffy sometimes. Cost cutting actions are pretty often.

Pros

My role typically requires me to be on site a couple days a week because it is customer facing. When Covid hit my team was so great at transitioning into the virtual world. Everyone is so understanding of each individuals situation and management encourages us to take care of ourselves and our family first. I love the check ins from the ELT that occur bi-weekly. They are super transparent and are not shy about talking about various topics ranging from Social Justice to Mental Health. If you are looking for a great place to work that cares about it's employees Cisco is for you.

Cons
