Really great until they lay you off without warning

Many positives - strong benefits, decent products, good work-life balance.

Cons

Leadership will promise no more layoffs and then lay off almost 10k people, with no regard for performance or achievement. Many people that are just there collecting paychecks kept their jobs, while high performers are let go.
