Pros

Flexible work schedule, stable, great benefits & change happening on a large scale currently. Groups are varied by the manager.

Cons

Regular increases are exceedingly hard to come by, even for the top performers outside of promotion cycles. Which are rarely given. Also, ease of movement, agility in process. Very political environment. Groups are varied by the manager.

Pros

Flexible working location and schedule for a lot of roles. Some people are awesome. Genuinely tryng to improve the employee experience. Great leadership in IT at the moment (Diaz).

Cons

Some people epitomize the political culture endemic in large corporations to the extreme. Salary for some people seriously lags SV housing costs. Lack of gender, age, and race diversity in some areas is startling.
