      Mixed bag

      Pros

      - Industry leader - certain degree of job security (yes, yes, I know there have been layoffs) but very strong balance sheet that provides strength to the company during trying times.

      Cons

      - Stagnation in career growth. People hardly move and when a position does become available, more likely then not, someone outside the group would be given the chance.

      Pros

      Job stability, I can't think of another place in this industry where better stability is offered. Most of benefits and bonus are definitely on par with others in the same industry. As the company is hugh in size, there is always some job that can interst you.

      Cons

      Middle managers - as with many companies, there are just too many mediocre middle managers that are not contributing to anything. Some managers that are on the same building takes 2-3 hours working out/jobbing in the middle of the day! Yes, that might be good for him or even amazing for his age, but that's not going to bring out a lot of confidence from others who are just trying to meet the deadlines.

      Flexible about telecommuting and work hours Stable company Good place to start career and learn for a few years but may not be a good place to stay forever Senior leadership team has good vision

      Career advancement can be slow Can be difficult to find good opportunities to grow career wise Management which is 2 levels or above you doesn't listen to you
