Pros

Great technology, excellent business models, diversified products and geographies, huge profit margins, customers love us, really smart people work here, thought leaders everywhere...

Cons

totaly lost site of the value of our employees, pitiful planning when it comes to compensation and employee rewards. year after year the company leaders have chosen to grow the employee base (hire) and not give regular increases to employees. some employees got 2% (!) increases this year - what an insult. little to no promo opportunities....slow decision making, bureaucracy and politics are, sadly, here to stay. senior leadership dead set on this "collaboration", but no one else bough into it - it's become an inside joke / wink-wink.

Stable job excellent job security great benefits 2 year ESPP 401k matching standard insurances, dental, vision, etc Good atmosphere, great innovation and strong future

Cons

With such a big headcount, career advancement and promotions don't come around too often. For someone starting off at the bottom, there is way too much competition to move up and earn promotions.
