Pros

Great people to work with. Everyone is very friendly, collaborative and professional. Minimal political nonsense. Most people seem to work from home at least one day a week, so there is a good work/life balance as well. Many people who work here stay for years, and I can see why.

Cons

A lot of stakeholders involved in projects. This can delay and overcomplicate projects that could be more efficiently handled. Need fewer decision makers on some projects to eliminate unnecessary complexity. Additionally, this is the sort of company where it takes a few years at minimum to move up the ladder.

Pros

Coworkers were all wonderful people, very knowledgeable and diverse bunch. Good pay. Very competent CEO, respectful and approachable middle management. Equipment was new and whenever I asked for hardware I received it

Cons

Some perks were taken away in 2009 (free drinks) Some of the people, especially in Tech Support, work very hard, some barely take lunches or skip lunch so they can stay ahead of their cases.
