      Pros

      Great leadership, benefits, good compensation (bonuses are great). Used to be able to make a huge impact, although that is slowly changing for the worse. Weathered the recession pretty well, all things considered; good job security.

      Cons

      Difficult to move around in the company, although they claim to be trying to work on this. Politics are becoming more and more of a factor, it is harder and harder to get anything done. Management layers just keep piling up.

      Great culture; technology that is superior to most other IT companies; great transparency with leaders to share what is going on within the company; and people that care.

      Cons

      large hierarchy--opportunity to advance and unclear from organization to organization. Sometimes appears it's not what you do, but who you know.
