      Pros

      good place to work, professional people, project OK. many politics and reorganization inside. overall it's a good place to work.

      Cons

      the achievement recognition is low. the management is not so efficient. people are not so cooperative. It's very high in internal competition.

      Pros

      Good health benefits and 401K matching. Health and Fitness Center on campus Good work/life balance

      Cons

      Very little scope to move into different functions such as sales, marketing, consulting etc. Salary starts out well, but after that there are hardly any increments, irrespective of being ranked as a top performer. The middle management layer is just too fat, lots of unnecessary people.

      + Work from anywhere. + Flexible Timings. + Good Work (in some BUs) (others have a lot of code maintenance work). + Chance to work with some of most respected folks in the industry.

      Cons

      - Very slow growth. - Low package compared to other Product companies. (atleast 25-30%). - Odd working hours at times (Meetings with people around the globe).
