Very political company now How a company like Cisco can have $30B in cash, not give even minimal cost of living raises and reduce benefits regularly and be considered a great place to work is beyond me... Management treats employees like idiots and HR provides a playbook about how to answer employee questions, so no matter which organization you go to - you get the same answer.
