      There is a culture of succes, everyone pitch in to help. I have met the worlds best while working with Cisco and it turns out they are my colleagues.

      There is always lots to do and never a dull moment with the quality of people I get to work with.

      Pros

      Cisco Systems is the leader in the Networking domain. Being part of SAVBU - the datacenter unit is very fortunate. It gives the benefits of a large company while the quality/quantity of the work remains that of a startup => you get to learn a lot of things and a lot of scope for personal development.

      Cons

      Since Cisco is a huge company, irrespective of how your BU performs, the hikes and the bonuses are most of the time normalized so that all the BUs are treated equally.
