      Work life balance, good benefits On paper, provides a wide range of career opportunities (across different functions and markets). I haven't been around for that long to know how well this works in practice.

      Cons

      Typical cons associated with a large company. Difficult to get recognized. Will need to work with the system and it will take a few years to find your groove. Quite slow to react to opportunities.

Cisco is a market leader and technology innovator that is highly respected in the technology industry. It is very easy to get appointments with IT staff and senior management with your Cisco credentials.
