      Pros

      1, Very friendly culture - there's no "up or out" approach. Everyone is being evaluated based on one's achievements rather than on his peer's relative performance. 2. Very good pay - easily comparable to management consulting, but without working 100 hours a week! 3. Super-flexible hours, many people work 1 or 2 days from home. 4. Cisco solutions are not trivial - to understand a solution one has to understand the whole eco-system, which forces you to see the big picture all the time.

      Cons

      As in any big organization, some 25% of your time you'll waste on filling forms.

      Pros

      Great learning curve and everyday action packed place. Everyone get's a chance to produce and be recognized. You work with amazing people everyday. How in tune you are with the organization's vision and the effort you put forth to contribute to that vision could reap benefits that go beyond recognition. You are encouraged to participate in job rotations every 2 years or so to expand knowledge and exposure. You are expected to attend 40 hours of training yearly. Part of that training could be giving the training and being a Mentor or Mentee.

      Cons

      No downside. Action Packed place and yet learning encouraged, Work on weekday evening and weekends .. it never ends.
