      Pros

      Long history of Network experience with huge information base in networking technologies and provide a rich source of strong network skills for learning. Cisco is composed of several business units (departments) and each one is acting as a separate company by itself, and that provide a great opportunity for internal transfer with a great change of experience and technology.

      Cons

      Focus on execution-oriented performance most of the time. Not good place for Ph.D. graduates because of lack of support for research
