Abundant opportunities to learn Ethical Relevent Flexible work at home opportunities All business resources are automated allowing for increased effectiveness and job satisfaction. Wonderful new tools to support collaboration.

Cons

Moving to reduce expenses- most perks have stopped and salaries are capped for strong performers in order to invest in employees whose salary is below the benchmark. Feels pretty socialistic.

lots of politics. no career path - better off leaving the company and coming to get ahead. compensation is good, but not great. stock is perpetually stuck.

Pros

Stable work culture, collaborative and friendly employees would be the top pros this company has going for it. They aren't afraid to take chances were they think it can benefit the business. You get the sense that you are part of something that is bold in nature and it helps push your motivation even on those days when you maybe not 100% 'into the whole job thing anyway."

Cons

Takes a long time and endless meetings to get things done. I came here from the public sector and I expected much quicker decision making on key issues. Management in my organization does not always communicate effectively how their decisions will impact their staff down the line. Large contingent work force. While this may be fine for managing expenses during business fluctuations the contingent work force does not get the same corporate culture messaging that Cisco "Blue Badge" employee get. This creates a hired hands mentality with some in the contingent workforce and sometimes slows down the decision making process.
