      Cisco is a top company in the field, adapt new changes well, have a lot of opportunity of growing if you're willing to, and have diverse culture.

      Cons

      The people were good but the cubicles let me feel Cisco less-frendly working environment.

      The three things I liked best about working at Cisco were: *The people *The products *The freedom to try new things

      Cons

      Cisco is a large company and faces the challenges that all large companies do. However, even more than most, it is a highly decentralized decision-making culture that relies heavily on collaboration and compromise to get things done. While this often pushes decision making authority down farther into the company (pro), it also necessitates a lot of meetings and constant internal negotiations which slow down many projects.

      great work, state of the art without the risk of a startup. excellent benefits overall with a very nice bonus package

      Cons

      frugality taken to the hilt. larger copays than most. water, internet, etc not reimbursed by company. top heavy organization which could be leaner
