Great environment, very supportive managers and some great work without too much internal politics

Cons

Pay is less compared to other companies, there isnt much growth path from a career perspective other than coding and leading. No visible Product management, PM roles.

Pros

Easy laid out life. Can finish your 40 hour job in 10-25 hours. You can climb the ladder of carrer growth by becoming a yes sir employee.

Cons

a)Highly beuraucratic. b)I have seen time and again the absolutely idiotic people going ahead of the deserving ones c) It has become a managment playground. d) Compensation is very low. e) I have been in the top 10% consistently but still there are no signs of carrer growth. f) You are expected to work your ass off, but if you ask for a hike you are given the same managmenet funda. g) The moment you come into your managers hitlist you are as close to gone as possible. h) Layoffs have become a game now, it is like an yearly activity and the CEO will shamelessly admit it. g) It has the lost the charm it once used to have. Now, it just moves like a huge elephant.
