      Good benefits and salary as well as mobility

      Cons

      Cisco is operationally a very disorganized company so it requires long hours to get anything done. Cisco IT does not support any of their internal systems properly so it requires about 10x the amount of time and 100 Excel spreadsheets to get anything done. Why Cisco continues to invest millions of dollars in antiquated custom software amazes me.
