      Good culture Flexible working People are generally supportive and technical team are excellent

      Cons

      Smokes and mirrors commission structure. Finance makes it up as they go along who gets paid what and sticks unachievable targets on high achievers which ultimately demotivates them so the good Sales people leave. Base pay is very low compared to market rate. Lack of defined strategy from Senior Management is leading to confusion in the market
