Unfortunately, the company has lost its way. It's a good place to visit but don't make a career out of it. Management has swung back to command and control and has left many with very little empowerment. Micromanagement is back and better than ever, even at the Director level in some cases. Much work has been put into it's "People Deal" but the company has had layoffs every year since the mid-2000s. It's a toxic work environment every year as you wait to see if you're lucky enough to not get laid off.
