      Great technology, global working and experience, good pay and benefits, flexible working widely used, opportunity to engage with multiple clients and sectors, can transition overseas

      Cons

      Lacks customer centricity or solution mindset, vv product and channel focused, services org not strong, focus on short term/margin/shareprice deters investment in strategic or growth opportunities or products/services

      Pros

      The onsite medical facility, medical benefits, and the gym were excellent. Probably the only good thing about the place

      Cons

      Contributions only acknowledged if you are part of the right clique AND have been at the company for a million years. Not many subject matter experts and lots of things done in a very primitive fashion because management will not spend money to get things done. Executives seem to spend lavishly on themselves and seem overly compensated as individual contributors don't get so much as a cost of living raise and it is not uncommon for people to be at the same salary/grade level for years and years.

      Pros

      Great name to have on your CV. Very much empowered on the day to day. Good internal systems. Interesting thoughts but drinking the cisco 'cool aid' leads to poor understanding of the market

      Cons

      Terrible middle management. Lots of jobs for the clique. Culture was very much summed up in one phrase but a colleague 'cisco used to be a great place to work..now its just a place to work'
