      start up atmosphere, start up culture like small time shop

      Cons

      No approach towards operationalizing the software delivery processes neither following right governing model . Many of them feeling job insecurity, in start up environment. Front line Technology managers seems to be limited Data knowledge and less /none project governing culture model. This is nightmare and can loose job in ambiguity within 10 minutes , can be walked out even though you do good job.
