Pros

You have flexibility to work from home or a remote Cisco location. They have best immigration lawyers if you're on a visa. The employee benefits are awesome! The culture is pro-employees. Management really takes care that employee are not working on weekends. And if you do, then you get compensation offs. They have great trainings for employees and a set budget assigned to each. You can switch comfortably within the company which grows every year with a new acquisition.

Cons

Just filling up the 5 word minimum. I have absolutely no cons to say.
