      Poor company only interested in short term gains at the expense of emplyees.

      Pros

      4 weeks of vacation, remote working for some individuals.

      Cons

      Dog eat dog company. If you are not living in San Jose, you will never get anywhere. They are good at spreading the propoganda stating they are such a good company, and love their employees so much, but reality is your just a lackey of your superiors. Huge egos within the company must be constantly fed, regardless of who is harmed by thier ambition. Increases in company revenue is driven by constant aquisitions, not organic growth, which is one reason why the stock is way off, and the company fell out of favor on Wall Street. If you are not willing to advance at all costs, this place is not for you.

      Pros

      Good life-work balance. Good benefit. Still a good company brand, and looks good on your resume if you stay in the networking companies.

      Cons

      The salary is not very competitive any more. The business of the whole company is going down. A lot of layoffs, not a secure job.
