      Few knowledgeable employees Number one product in Contact Center Friday Food Truck and 24-hour pantry Complex project to work on

      Cons

      Very bad management Incompetent people who plays a lot of politics Old and obsolete product People from Wipro are ruling the product by passing senior management All regular Cisco employees are removed and replaced by vendor Very few development work

      Pros

      Flexible work environment. Can work from just about anywhere, but that also makes it easier for the bottom feeders to hide.

      Cons

      Nepotism reigns supreme. Rarely are actual work results rewarded - accolades go to power point jockeys who use all the buzzwords and manage up. Lots of lip service on people management, but rarely are excellent people leaders championed and promoted.

      Pros

      Salaries, bonuses and healthcare benefits are good. Wide range of products with a strong brand name.

      Cons

      Don’t have any allusions that Cisco cares about you. There are lay-offs every quarter and with constant re-organizations, you could easily be one of them. Very political and bureaucratic. If you have come in via an acquisition, the HR, Finance and IT staff are the first to be laid off, followed by Marketing staff.
