Great work/life balance. Mostly everyone there is solid, competent, and easy to work with. No mandatory RTO (yet). Company culture/values/ethics are respectable.

Cons

There are some exceptions, some teammates have big egos and insecurity issues that are hard to work with. Compensation range is also lagging other tech companies.
