      Toxic Company riddled with corruption

      Pros

      Not being unemployed is the biggest pro. other than that, none.

      Cons

      Zero career growth possible unless you are in Poland, India or NC. Jobs are created out of thin area for the "favorites" No bonuses Salary cuts ( car allowance in Europe is withdrawn, that was a big incentive to work hard and get promoted) No career path is outlined by managers. Attitude is "sit down, shut up and work" Company has become too massive to function effectively.

      Good work life balance. The people are fantastic. We have a gym to work off your steam if needed.

      Treated like robots, not allowed to rock the boat, open office environment.

      There is nothing good about this place except the cafe...

      Its a crap company. People laugh at in bay area if you say you work for cisco. Had very hectic schedules and stupid manager Makarand Shivadevuni...who don't even know how to manage...
