Pros

Lots of Autonomy; Hands off yet highly supportive managers; I get to run my team as an entrepeneuer; interesting, critical, varied work; surrounded by really smart people; great benefits, including dental and 401k matching - the best I've seen; Management transparency, frequent communications, dynamic leaders; reasonable perks; excellent training and development programs; stellar sales team

Cons

salaries do not track the industry or cost of living; some VPs are incompetent; things are starting to move too slowly with new bureaucracy; tools and systems may be somewhat cumbersome

Pros

Dynamic place, lots of different work alternatives for work and career if you are competent and adaptive

Cons

Some of the project work can be grueling. Some key work goes to outside consultants that are compensated at much higher rates than FTEs, which can be quite demoralizing for the teams in the long run.
