1. This place is huge and filled with awesome minded people. It's a myth that coding is intrinsic property of a person. I feel coding is not individual but a cohesive task and with right people you have higher chances of writing better code. Cisco is one of that place where writing bad code is really tough job because it's not you can do easily here. 2. Growth opportunity here is tremendous. From outside it is one company but from inside it is around 10 different business units and believe me they all are not easy to get inside. It is really great how you can switch between these all BU's and be in the same company. It's great for the profile build up. 3. Hell amount of innovation and technology languages. You name it, Cisco has it. 4. World class office space and world class discussions.
