Pros

Inclusive environment, affinity groups, good base salaries, international opportunities, the chance to work on global projects even at a junior level. It's also hard to lose your job, as underperformers are getting a development plan, rather than firing them in the first place.

Cons

Benefits and YE bonus can be a downside (at least in Budapest). Requires a lot of patience as many employees can't talk English proficiently. All the bureaucracy of a TNC.
