      Great work-life balance High salaries, yearly bonus, car leasing money, 10bis. If you're into AI\ML, interesting challenging projects.

      Cons

      Everything very slow and bureacratic, if you love startup way of work, this is not the place.

      Great people to work with, Good projects, Good pay, Good work life balance.

      Cons

      Being a bank, Technology is always a cost incurred to them, so after a couple of years, will recommend to change the company to a more software centric company as Citi has its limitations.
