Pros

Global Brand and Presence Good Diversity There is flexibility in the workplace, good for working mothers. You can be secure after coming back from maternity leave. There is great opportunity to move to other countries.

Cons

Too much red tape. Everything needs to go through regional approvals. Global mandates don’t necessarily fit the local or in country environment. Too much cost cutting, the budget just gets smaller each year.

Pros

The flexibility within the organization is good. You can pretty much come and go as you please as long as your work gets done. They also offer good benefits.

Cons

It's a revolving door. There is no direction and no structure. The pay is also very low for this industry and market.
