Pros

They cover the annual fee of the basic American Airlines credit card.

Cons

Bonuses across multiple LOBs 4% or less and raises averaging 2% across LOB for SVP levels and down, regardless of rating. Discourages working hard because you just get more work and no help. They cut their healthcare plan and didn’t highlight it. LEA winners (leaders) are no longer allowed to bring their spouses. There are just cuts everywhere, employees are overworked and underpaid compared to competitors. If they want to force attrition to make cuts to meet Jane’s plan, congrats, you are losing great employees and leaving behind the folks who want to cost.

Pros

Good opportunities to advance/stand out. They are reorganizing/retooling as a company which presents unique opportunities.

Cons

Too bureaucratic at times. Too many approval layers/processes. It has gotten a bit better though.
