Business Outlook
Pros
Citigroup is a very family oriented company, they always have some kind of family activities going on, on the campus site. And even have a complete daycare that funcions during the day and also a summer program for the kids during the summer. They also offer many different work shifts if you are looking for something other than a 8-5 fulltime job.
Cons
Some of the downsides where that there was not much room for growth within the fraud department. And the daycare that they did have was only really available to people that work during the day. Raises where almost impossible to achieve based on their rating system for the fraud department.
