Pros

Good, committed people who have worked hard during some very rough periods where stock performance has been hit hard and devastating to many with multiple years with Citi. Good opportunities for employees who work hard and exceed their performance goals.

Cons

Due to slow financial recovery, remaining employees are saddled with more work yet less compensation and potential for advancement.

Pros

One of the largest banking industries in the world, the opportunities are endless. Citibank is located in over 140 countries in the world. They support and encourage financial, educational, and cultural personal growth.

Cons

Since there are constant changes and growth programs, you will have to be adaptive to change in location as well as restructure shifting of companies.
