Pros

Good work-life balance, supportive colleagues and new direction in firm leadership. The management is making a lot of effort to enhance employee satisfaction and retention.

Cons

Bureaucracy is an important issue that the management needs to address. They should also work to break the information silos and increase collaboration.

Pros

Benefits are alright, though health insurance is a bit lacking these days. There is 401k match, but is it now matched at 4% instead of 6%. The pay level is alright, but could be higher.

Cons

I feel like a little mouse in this gigantic company. Senior management is hard to get along with, and there's a thick wall between us. Technology is poor and communication is lacking. Please downsize this company and improve teamwork.

Pros

Some of the upper management are very smart and you can learn a lot from them.

Cons

It is a very mechanical environment and it comes with some bankers with incredible egos despite the fact that they only really manage relationships. Some people are very friendly but overall it's an incredibly dull environment to work in.
