Pros

good benefits and 401k match

Cons

lack of strategic focus by executive management. Frequent changing of direction. Focus on what is best for executives, not what is best for business

Pros

Great work life balance. Citi encourages people to work from home as necessary and many people do work from home one or two days a week. Some actually work from home and come into the offices only when necessary.

Cons

Department undergoing changes in senior management. Unsure if department will be retained or outsourced. No information is conveyed down to the staff about the future direction of the department.

Pros

Salary was good, lots of really really smart people who worked there, great education in financial markets and (was) a blue chip name for resume

Cons

Not a nice environment to work. Management were target and short term driven, no focus on the franchise or the long term
