Pros

Might be only place on wall street where you can have a job and raise kids Easy to move around from one business to another.

Cons

Too many people who are liability rather than assets. Headless chicken : Senior management seriously missing the drive. Too much of processes, which kills the creativity Significant brain drain in last few years

Pros

Good mix of people, and good focus on the health & safety of the work place.

Cons

Fairness is not something one can expect in banking, sadly it would be the same case in Citigroup too.
