Pros

Large organisation, plenty of room for growth. Strong player in market, looks good on CV. Some good knowledge people you can learn from.

Cons

Communication shockingly poor. Terrible reward and recoginiton schemes. Too many layers of middle management. Has the ability to sap the energy and motivation of people.

Pros

Good People, Laid back atmosphere, great benefits, Senior management communicates continuously, truly global environment, opportunities to work with multiple global teams.

Cons

Bad pay master, epitome of politics and its woes, right hand does not know what left is doing, poor human resource management, they did not even bother to condut an exit interview for me, I was quite senior in my team over in the erstwhile CMB. Inconsistent upper management. several levels / layers of hierarchy. Lowest levels of worker productivity of all the banks.
