Pros

Great company from outside. 100 million customers in 100 countries . Largest bank in the world at one point . Lots of people work here...

Cons

Lots of different groups inside the company from various mergers. Lots of people have been here for many many years and huge networks and connections which can be tough to break into..

Pros

Some groups are really good at technical stuff but many around are just very bad. Overall architecture of the Risk platform is going though sea changes so one might get good opportunity of working in C# and few other technologies.

Cons

Pay is not at par with market, Some managers are absolutely non-technical and weak. Career growth is not enough for average employee apatite

Pros

A truly global corporation and you will probably work with some of the best people in the industry. Used to be an innovator in the industry, though that is no longer the case.

Cons

Limited career advancement potential, lot of bureaucracy and internal politics. It operates as a conglomorate of companies instead of a single corporation ofcussed on a common set of goals and objectives.
