Pros
Not only is Citigroup a common name in the world, it is also one of the largest companies out there w/ many affiliates. Citibank has great opportunites for growth and advancement. Provides great benefits and compensation. Sky is the limit, when making money, I am always motivated to make more each month. There are extra incentives every week, that make the job exciting and compatetive with coworkers. Hours are fair and covenient for employees to have a life after work.
Cons
Not enough banks yet, especially on the Western and midwest. Everyone is concentrating in finding something wrong with banks nowadays, putting Citibank in the headlines all the time. Stock market has been down the last couple of days, due to economy and loss of Wachovia buyout.
