Pros

Benefits, child care center, networking with people from all over the world, respect for people's culture

Cons

lack of training, meritocracy. Too much politics, good people is not hired or promoted. You only get promoted if you have connections. No training, and if you do something wrong, they blame you even if you weren't trained to do it.

Pros

Met great people who became lifelong friends in my training class at Citibank. Nice cafeteria. Childcare on campus.

Cons

Pay rate, (terrible) starting out with 11.75 hourly. Disorganized. Unethical at times. A ton of technical issues mainly related to disorganization within the company pertaining to training of new hires (Personal Banker's One-Stop)
