Pros

Decent salary and employee benefits.

Cons

No accountability from managers who are often quick to blame. Often highly abusive, with said managers deliberately setting individuals up to fail via unreasonable deadlines and/or unclear instructions (take your pick). Inclined to verbally flog their staff in public, even if matters are already resolved. Completely toxic work environment, it's no wonder the VOE was so low in specific areas.
