Pros
Friendly and young colleague; flexible working hours; work from home two days a week; global exposure.
Cons
The department has an extremely high attrition rate, which means they are actively hiring. All workloads will be assigned to performers until none of them remain. There will be no promotions, only a 1-2% increment, and a 3-4 day bonus per year. The boss is a big shot with an enormous ego and is known for being two-faced, or dictatorial, refusing to listen to anyone and only following his orders. He/She has no regard for employees’ interests. The management also enjoys playing political games, making all decisions solely for their own benefit to appear good. They are obsessed with their authority and will threaten and become extremely angry when employees resign. The workplace is unfair and marked by favoritism, as certain races receive more attention than others. Ratings and promotions are based solely on the management’s preferences without any wise or transparent reasoning. The management often makes unrealistic promises to keep employees motivated, but these promises are never fulfilled. The department operates like a Game of Thrones playground. Additionally, employees should not expect a healthy work-life balance. Voice of Employees is oppressed and manipulated.
