Cons

Re Org is taking forever and it’s going to go till 2026 so employee are insurance and can’t focus on work. Lot of employees from JP joining company at senior position and have no idea how to run the business ruining everything that was build in last decade. HR are for namesake.

Pros

At the very least the politics isn't as bad as other big banks

Cons

Most people are mediocre at best. The really good employees don't get the necessary recognition and very soon they leave for greener pastures. If you go above and beyond, you don't get more recognition, pay or promotion, you just get more work instead. The amount of performance bonus paid out is laughable - that is EXACTLY why there are so many mediocre people!

- Constant Re-Org - Management just blindly follow organization strategies - Punishing people who stay due to the messy structure and decisions made without consideration
