Work-life balance given Hybrid working model (3 days from office, 2 days work from home) Timings depend on every team and can be slightly flexible depending on manager Competitive salaries offered Decent annual bonuses Medical insurance provided Meal allowance provided (optional) Salary on time

Cons

Growth is slow but stable Takes time to get promoted Salary hikes may not always be great

Pros

Hybrid schedule, management is competent in my department.

Cons

General corporate creep is increasing. They just redid the office and now it feels 3x as creeped. HR put a hard cap on salaries now so you can no longer negotiate and year end raises/bonuses are no longer decided on by your manager but rather cascaded down from far above. Clearly trying to push people to leave without layoffs.
