Pros

Good salary, nice BIK, good location, nice office

Cons

Very poor training for new hires, Team Leaders can be bullies sometimes when they look at your face, toxic culture from TL looks like managers don't know what is happening in team beside the results otherwise are completely aware of the situation.

Pros

Nice location (Dublin docklands), canteen (not subsidised), 26 paid holidays + 2 company days, high company pension contributions (it depends on the age bracket - 14% in my case), health insurance paid for all family members, full sick pay , life and long term illness insurance, VDU glasses contributions.

Cons

The Citi and Technology Infrastructure (CTI) department HQ is in Irving, TX and all the decisions are made there. Those that want to progress in they career and are offered the possibility, have to move there. You are generally treated like a cost with twice a year reduction in force rounds (mainly in April) that look arbitrarily to those that are in the trenches. Many processes are still old fashioned even though there was a digital transformation in progress at the time of this writing (July 2022). Very difficult to go beyond the VP (C13) or SVP (C14) levels.

Pros

Pay is decent. Good benefits. Time off starting.

Cons

Nearly everything else. Managers never answer new hires seeking help. The "Helpgate" set up to assist staff will drive all your metrics into the TRASH trying to seek help or escalation. Training is trash. Trainers are good, but the curriculum is one of the most horrid vide-fests in the history of my corporate careers from Accenture to Chase Bank. All the information is presented POORLY. None of the systems links or info is presented until the end. Want time off? They won't tell you about NICE until near the end, so if you put it into WORKDAY...well enjoy your no call no show. HR is a JOKE. They literally made it impossible to reach anyone via phone and will be condescending if you make a case and reach out via chat. They do everything they can to keep a CLOSED DOOR POLICY. If you're in San Antonio. AVOID THEM LIKE THE PLAGUE. Plenty of other fraud jobs are around in the city starting at higher pay and same benefits. This is a waste of time if you have ANY fraud experience like me. SMEs have been here 5+ years with zero promotions. This job is a JOKE when it comes to UPWARD movement. You have to move sideways and pray it's a better paying position.
